The short version

Astraiva products are designed to work on your device, without accounts and without the cloud. What you create, study progress, save games, squads, strategies, lives on your device and stays under your control. There is no telemetry, no advertising, and no profile being built about you.

Who we are

Astraiva is an independent, one-person studio founded by Tushant Sharma, the developer of Crown of Scars, Stumped!, LinguaTomo, Wishweaver's Rest, VibeGaffer, SriCalendar, Silvae, ThetaForge, HorizonAI, Rovyniq, GPRO Strategy Tool, TM Advisor and FTP Advisor.

What we don't do

• Accounts are limited. LinguaTomo offers optional sign-in for progress backup and sync. Silvae requires an account for its plant data and sync features. See the LinguaTomo and Silvae policies for detail.
• No tracking in our apps and tools. None of our products contain analytics SDKs, fingerprinting or advertising identifiers.
• No ads. We don't sell ads, and none of our products show third-party advertising.
• No data selling. We do not sell personal data. Some products use named service providers to deliver features, as explained below.

What happens on your device

LinguaTomo & LinguaTomo Web

Your study progress, reviews and preferences are stored on your device by default (in the app's local storage or in your browser's local storage on the web version). The app is offline-first: it works without an internet connection, and nothing you study is transmitted to us unless you choose to create an account. Signing in is optional and adds only an email address (for passwordless sign-in) and a backup copy of your progress, stored via Supabase, so it can sync across your devices. Games, Crown of Scars, Stumped!

Save games and settings are written to local files on your machine. The games are offline single-player experiences with no online features and no connection to us.

Web tools, VibeGaffer, HorizonAI and others

These run entirely in your browser. Data you enter is processed locally and stored in your browser's storage. Nothing is sent to an Astraiva server, there isn't one.

Two tools are the exception and both are opt-in. SriCalendar only uses its cloud (for saving and syncing) if you sign in; without an account everything stays on your device. Silvae uses an account and cloud backend for plant data and sync. Plant photos used by Plant Doctor are sent for identification and are not kept after the request, as explained in Silvae's dedicated policy.

Browser scripts, GPRO Strategy Tool, TM Advisor, FTP Advisor

These single-file Tampermonkey scripts run locally on the pages you install them on. They read the game pages you're viewing to give you advice and store any settings in your browser. They never transmit your data anywhere.

This website

• We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how many people visit astraiva.app, which pages are most useful and how the site is used, but only after you accept on the consent banner shown when you first visit. If you decline, no tracking script is loaded at all. Google Analytics records aggregate, anonymised statistics, such as pages visited and the visitor's general region, and sets cookies like _ga and _ga_*. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session insights (how visitors scroll, move and click through pages) and sets cookies like _clck and _clsk. We can't see who you are, and we don't use this to build profiles. You can change your mind later via the Google Analytics opt-out, Microsoft's privacy statement, or by clearing your browser's cookies.
• Change your choice. You can open the consent choice again at any time.
• Your theme preference (dark/light) and consent choice are remembered locally in your browser's storage, this is essential and never leaves your device.
• Fonts are self-hosted on our own server, so no third party sees your IP when pages load.
• Like any site, our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability. We don't use them to identify you.
• If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to our inbox. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Please see the Web3Forms privacy policy for how that service handles submissions.

Third-party services

Where our products touch the outside world, they use established platforms rather than our own infrastructure. Each platform has its own privacy policy that governs that interaction:

• App stores, Google Play, the App Store and Steam distribute our apps. Your store account and purchase details are handled by those platforms.
• Supabase, provides LinguaTomo's optional account sign-in and progress sync, see its dedicated policy above for detail.
• Firebase / Google Cloud, provides Silvae's account sign-in (Authentication) and plant-data sync (Firestore).
• Plant.id and PlantNet, process photos you submit in Silvae's Plant Doctor; photos are not kept after the request.
• Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud, answer Silvae's weather and place-name lookups; free, keyless services that never see your identity.
• Vercel, hosts the Silvae and SriCalendar web apps and their server-side helpers.
• GitHub, hosts our open-source code and live web versions of some tools.
• Ko-fi, if you support Astraiva, your payment is processed by Ko-fi/Stripe, not by us.
• Google Analytics, measures traffic on this website, but only after you accept on the consent banner, as described above.
• Microsoft Clarity, records anonymised session insights (scrolls, clicks, heatmaps) on this website, but only after you accept on the consent banner, as described above.
• Web3Forms, delivers messages submitted through our contact form.

Children

Our games, tools and LinguaTomo's core learning are designed for a general audience. Silvae and optional LinguaTomo account sign-in involve limited account information, so parents and guardians should review the dedicated policy before a child uses those features.

Your data, your control

Because your data lives on your device by default, you already have full control: clear the app's data, clear your browser storage, or uninstall, and everything is gone. If you created a LinguaTomo account, you can also delete your synced data at any time from Account & Sync → Delete my cloud data inside the app, or email us to remove your sign-in identity entirely. You don't need to contact us for anything stored only on your device.
