1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website, or by downloading, installing or using any Astraiva game, app or tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

2. What we provide

Astraiva builds games, learning apps and practical tools. All of our products are currently free, designed to run locally on your device, and built with your privacy in mind. Nothing here is a promise of a finished product: some products are in development and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. What you can do

• Install and use Astraiva software on your own devices, free of charge.
• Share screenshots and clips of our games with friends or online.
• Use and modify open-source tools, subject to the licence stated in their repositories.
• Download and share our free content for personal, non-commercial use.

4. What you can't do

• Resell our software or pass it off as your own.
• Use our trademarks, logo or name in a way that suggests Astraiva endorses or is affiliated with your product.
• Copy or redistribute non-open-source products (like Crown of Scars or Stumped!) or their assets, in whole or in part.
• Use our software for anything unlawful.

5. No accounts

None of our products require an account or registration. Everything you do lives on your device, and you can stop using our software at any time with nothing to cancel.

6. App stores

Apps distributed through Google Play or other storefronts are also governed by that store's terms and policies. When you install through a store, the store handles the download, updates and billing on our behalf.

7. No warranty

Our software is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We're an indie studio; software will have bugs, and we fix them as fast as we can.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astraiva and Tushant Sharma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of our software. Where a game or tool is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for free products, is zero).

9. Third-party services

Our products may interact with platforms like GitHub, Ko-fi, Google Play and Google Fonts. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies that govern your use of them, and we're not responsible for their services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of our software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
